In Monday’s ‘Commercial Property’ section of the WSJ, TPG was featured in an article titled, Hole in One for Office Tenants. The article discusses the growing importance of landlord incentives to tenants including funding for interior work, as tenants increasingly look to reinforce their brand and image in their office space. TPG designed spaces (Healthfirst and MDC Partners) are included as examples of successfully branded environments.
In the article, TPG's founder Jim Phillips offers his take on branded environments, “Rather than adorn the walls with fine art, this is another way to support the essence of an enterprise.”
