TPG Client Among First Tenants in 7 World Trade Center
Mansueto Ventures LLC Moves Into TPG-Designed Space
TPG Corporate Interiors Studio
Mansueto Ventures LLC, the publishers of Inc. and Fast Company magazines, have moved into their new offices in 7 World Trade Center. TPG's design takes full advantage of the column-free interior, as well as the floor-to-ceiling windows which offer a stunning panorama of lower Manhattan.
Seven World Trade Center is New York City's first high-rise office building to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) rating system and received a "gold" rating. The building's environmental design features include state-of-the-art ultra-clear exterior glass technology, high-efficiency air filtration, energy and water conservation technologies and 15,000 square feet of open park space to provide a pleasing urban environment for tenants, neighbors and building visitors.
The selection of 7 World Trade Center is reflective of Mansueto's company values of innovation, vision and thinking beyond the box, to be part of the renewal of lower Manhattan and its future contributions to New York City. For an organization based on reporting emerging business, relocating to a re-emerging business area of New York City was a strategic move.
