Our approach to workplace design is to understand the client’s aspirations deeply and bring knowledge and research to the table in order to employ design as a strategic solution to the client’s business challenges. We are proud of the fact that our work does not express a signature “stylistic thumbprint.” We do not impose our design style on our clients; we employ design in service of our client’s business objectives, rather than our own. In working with our clients, we strive to capitalize on the specific assets and constraints of the intended space, and then to apply design to take full advantage of the key assets of the space, while embracing and working within its constraints.
We work collaboratively as a cross-disciplinary team, both internally and externally. We consider clients as key members of the design team, and we enjoy working with our clients and their entire consultant team to create a new work environment. Internally, we shun silos and bring together architects, interior designers, graphic designers, and strategists who work together as a team to conceive and realize the desired design solution for our client.
